When you place an order through the website or any of our social media platforms, you will receive a confirmation call to confirm the suitable products for your hair condition and your personal information to deliver the order to the shipping company.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your address & shipment dimensions. It will be collected with the purchase.

Delivery of the shipment will be within 2-7 business days.

Refund policy

Please note that we can only accept returns if the products are unopened and unused.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense.

Once the return is accepted, all payments will be made through Wallet, Instapay, or a bank account within 10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund.

Refund will NOT include the value of any shipping paid.
